Throughout my career I always looked for companies where I recognized myself in what the company stood for, the image, the culture (!) and indirectly: the social impact. That identity often made it more interesting than the job content itself.
From the very first job, there has always been a drive to extend this identification into the internal operations of the company and to actively work on "connecting". In the first years, this mainly consisted of setting up more social and informative meetings or company magazines, but over time this shifted more and more to looking at the potential in people and how an organization could organize itself accordingly, the functioning of the organization, its own culture and how it evolves, active participation and the impact of the organization on the environment, both locally and internationally.
In addition to my own business, I co-founded Ontoforce and developed it into an international company with a strong focus on creating its own culture and people-first mindset. From an open communication and with full conviction :).
Afterwards I moved on to C-Clear Partners where culture is very important and where I discovered how work and hobby could flow together after all those years, or where building a data and analytics team and the hunger for sustainability flowed together and where I took the first steps towards advising organizations on how to put sustainability into practice and how they can even benefit from it.
I'm looking forward to the next experiences and further growth while we work on being smarter about energy, controlling waste streams and so on.

Peter is a driven, dynamic team-player with a healthy dose of entrepreneurship and a nature for organising.
His family prevails and is an important driving force in his life. Peter finds it important to be there at moments that matter. As a mainstay, as a life partner, as a spectator or practical supporter in their daily activities or just to enjoy the little things and each other. Peter always strives for the healthiest possible balance between work and private life.
Also for close friends and family Peter is always willing to help where necessary. As a volunteer he is also committed to bring people from the neighbourhood together.
Peter's positivism and open mind-set is not only very contagious but also gives him the energy to look for new challenges on a daily basis.
Peter was one of the founders of the technology company, ONTOFORCE, and he actively and enthusiastically contributed to the international success through his broad, multifunctional employability, strong gut feeling and eye for the "human aspects".
Thanks to his broad field of interest and a healthy appetite for novelties, Peter built up a broad knowledge portfolio, ranging from technical expertise over management and entrepreneurial craftsmanship to the support of people in the context of stress and burn-out. This broad knowledge spectrum in combination with a strong analytical mind and a great empathic ability, makes Peter a unique profile. He feels at home in a changing, dynamic environment that breathes out-of-the box thinking and requires great adaptability. Peter will always look for that little extra in his goals to more than fulfill expectations and finds energy in challenging short and medium term deadlines.
Also in his spare time Peter regularly searches for new challenges and divides his private time between his family and the active practice of music and sports.
Nature offers an environment where Peter relaxes and enjoys spending time with his family or during an endurance run.
Like maintaining his garden, these are moments where time is (briefly) forgotten and thoughts are ordered ... or where new plans begin to take shape. A good glass of brown beer and some world-improving co-thinkers can also be enough to tap into new ideas and generate a contagious energy boost.
